Ladies and gentlemen, and finally we have the winner for the first season of The Biggest Loser Asia.This is our fav show (fiance and I).So as last nite was the finale I prayed and hoped - no blackout plis. Sungguh rasa motivated everytime tgk this show ( tapik berat tetap tak turun-turun ok.sentap!)Neh kalo kasik i masok,one week ckop la.I nak lose 5kg ja (yakin ja 5 kgs bleh kurang in a week.Sudah la Cik Huda).
Smalam tengah tekun buat jadual waktu induk skolah yang boring aku cakap awal-awal lagik kat Che Nie ngan Herty,aku letak jawatan kol 9pm.Skalik finale started at 10.15pm.Sentap la mak cik.Kol 12.15 tuh abes (well,masa tido i ialah sebelom kol 11;p)Demi finale tetap gigih mengadap tv walopon bercucuran air mata sebab terpaksa bersengkang mata.
So the winner - King David.He lost 53% of his weight.He lost about 83kgs from 158kgs if i'm not mistaken.I am Carlo's supporter however he got the second place.But Carlo look hot while David look so damned skinny.As per Hazrul said - he look huduh and macam orang sakit ja.
Huish, in two months time he lost about 40kgs.Aku neh nak kurang sebulan 3kgs pon tak tentu.Tapik logik la kalo dah pagi petang dok nganga kat Fitness First tuh.Lain la kalo kat Kanibongan neh ada Fitness First.Haha.
Peringatan untuk dirik senirik: Please lose 5 kgs in two months time.Hukhuk.
